That is the largest size we print. The same artwork is scaled down for smaller sizes.

This is a design placed on the product, not a wrap and not a full-coverage print.
Put the artwork on a fully transparent background. Do not add a background colour, a panel, a card or a rectangle behind the design — the colour of the garment is the background, and anything you put behind the artwork will be printed as ink.
Supply the file as a PNG with a real alpha channel. Every pixel outside the design must be genuinely empty — not white, and not a colour.
Do not draw a grey-and-white checkerboard. A checkerboard is how software shows transparency on screen; drawn into the image it prints as grey squares.
Before delivering the file, check the area outside the design is empty: opened over a coloured background it must show that colour, with no checkerboard, no white box and no rectangular edge.
Avoid fine lines, thin strokes below about 4 pixels, and gradients that fade out to transparent — they do not survive printing.
Nothing is trimmed, so no bleed is needed. Keep the whole design inside the canvas.

Do not add crop marks, guide lines, borders, rulers, measurements, watermarks, shadows, product mockups or perspective effects.
