Production & Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Most orders are produced within 0–5 business days, depending on the product type, order volume, and current demand.
Delivery timeframes vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once dispatched, typical delivery timeframes are:
- Express Shipping: Approximately 1–3 business days (metro areas)
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 1–8 business days depending on location

- courier delays
- supply or production constraints
Delays do not entitle refunds or compensation.

We will advise whether your deadline is achievable, however we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
