How do I track the status of my order?
You will be emailed once your product enters the production line and when your product is dispatched, a link to track the parcel will be attached.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
No, our payment gateway (Paypal) will keep the required legal information only.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, all of our orders include sales tax.
Do you ship to my country?
Any country that Australia post ships to, we sell to.
Will my items come in one package?
The majority of the time, yes. When required on certain items we use third party providers, on these occasions, no.
