How long does it take to receive my order?
90% of items are produced and sent the same day as ordered if it is not a bulk order of 100+ items.

How do I create a user account?
Click on My Account and fill in all details of addresses and contact. By creating a user account you can keep track of your orders, download invoices and re order from an order number.
How dod I track the progress of my order?
You will be emailed once your product enters the production line and when your product is dispatched, a link to track the parcel will be attached. After we have dispatched your item, tracking details are attached to the completed email. We use third party delivery agents to deliver your product and can not see any other detail than you can through the tracking link.
Do you store my credit card details?
No, our payment gateway (Stripe) will keep the required legal information only.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, all orders include GST.
Do you ship to my country?
Any country that Australia post ships to, we sell to.
Will my items come in one package?
The majority of the time, yes. When required on certain items we use third party providers, on these occasions, no.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Up until the point that your item has entered the production queue you can cancel or change your order, be aware that this may result in administration charges being charged. For more detail, please read our returns policy.

Do you provide assistance for bulk orders or designing?
Yes, we are happy to assist with designing your products for a fee. For bulk orders, dependent upon the item, we can sometimes provide bulk order discounts for quantity of items greater than 100 please contact us.
