Customer Returns and Cancellations

Overview

All products are custom made to order using designs created by the customer via our online customisation tool.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect selections made by the customer
  • errors in spelling, layout, positioning, or design
  • poor quality or unsuitable images uploaded
  • subjective dissatisfaction with the final product

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Online Customisation Responsibility

Products are customised entirely by the customer using our online design tool.

We do not provide design approval or verification prior to production.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • your design is correct
  • all elements are final
  • you accept full responsibility for the outcome

Products produced in accordance with your submitted design are not considered faulty.

Manual Adjustments Disclaimer

Where we assist or make adjustments at your request:

  • we rely entirely on your instructions
  • responsibility for the final design remains with you

Design Preview Limitations

The on-screen preview is a digital representation only.

Variations may occur between preview and final product due to:

  • screen differences
  • materials and substrates
  • printing processes and tolerances

These variations are not defects.

Product Quality & Defects

Products are assessed under normal viewing conditions and industry standards.

Minor imperfections that do not materially affect the product are not defects.

Claims Process

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic evidence.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in claim rejection.

Remedies

Where required under Australian Consumer Law:

  • major failure → replacement or refund
  • minor failure → repair or replacement (at our discretion)

Consumer Guarantee Notice

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Upload Artwork

Upload your image/photo or AI generated image to the product designer.

3. Position and Size Artwork

Be Sure to fill the entire Print Area. (You will see perforated outline in designer)

4. Edit and Check Out

Add or edit any text, checkout and your item will be dispatched within 24 hours.
