Customer Returns and Cancellations
Customer Canellation Policy
All of our items are made from scratch (Or blanks) from suppliers.
Upon ordering, it will join a queue until produced.
We are happy to issue a full refund before producing any item/product, this will be completely at Customisers discretion.
Upon product creation process, we will no longer accept cancellations.
Customer Returns Policy
We will only accept returns upon our approval, it is your responsibility to return the goods to Customiser. Returned goods in their produced condition will be considered for a refund based upon non satisfactory production or damaged goods. Damaged goods will require a photo of packaging, item and picking slip to be considered.
It will be at Customisers discretion as to whether or not the quality of goods is acceptable or not, if approved, we will provide a full refund including freight. Please do not return an item until you have been provided an Authorisation for Return.
Our aim is to please and if you receive a product that is inferior quality, we will approve your return.

Please return goods with picking slip, print out of Authorisation of Return Form and the product to:
